PARK SLOPE is officially at-Matt-capacity. NO MORE MATTS are permitted to reside in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn. While I personally don't live with a Matt, I live near a few. They're ok. But sadly they have forced the area into the red zone.
If any other Matts were thinking of moving to the area, unfortunately you are out of luck. Try Greenpoint. While they do have quite a few Holdens, Zanes, and Brooklyns, they are lacking in the Matt department.
True. I'm also getting pretty concerned about Williamsburg, so potential future Matt residents might want to double-check the Matt-O-Meter before moving there, too.
